The Property Maintenance Team is responsible for: building and grounds maintenance, trash and snow removal, and the operation of the Radio/Sound equipment.  Responsibilities also include preparing the baptistery when necessary and collecting the offering during the Lord's Day worship service.  The team also makes recommendations for and coordinates building improvements and changes in accordance with the church constitution and building maintenance annual budget.  Any expenditure beyond the limits of spending (see church constitution - Article 7, Section 4) and building maintenance annual budget must be approved by the trustees.
